Ava is an Advisor at Verity Venture Partners, where she supports the sourcing, research, and diligence process for new investments. She also collaborates with portfolio companies post-investment to support strategic priorities. Prior to VVP, Ava was an Associate at Advent International, a global private equity firm. She started her career at Bain & Company, where she was primarily focused on conducting commercial due diligence for private equity clients. While at Bain, Ava had the opportunity to extern at Care/of, a direct-to-consumer supplements company, where she focused on product strategy.

Ava is a graduate of the University of Chicago, and is an avid CrossFit athlete in her spare time.

Steven is the Head of Finance and Business Operations at Verity Venture Partners. In this role, he supports the co-founders across various financial and operational areas, including administration, reporting, fundraising, and risk. Before joining VVP, Steven worked on the controllership team within the Direct Lending team at KKR. He began his career at EY as an auditor specializing in the Wealth and Asset Management space.

Steven is a proud graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is currently training for a triathlon and spends his free time with his border collies, Harley and Roo.
